The art of creating garments that reflect one's personality and image in an outfit is an eternal process that our team has set itself. Inspired by the love for detail & the feelings of freedom, timeless looks are created.
The high-end products are created in a lengthy, inspiring development process and combine simple, creative styles in a powerful and timeless way. We are a team of creatives with a friendly relationship all sharing the same goal.
As of now, DAANIA products are exclusively available at their online store. The fashion house is growing steadily and is building a global community of discerning clients.
The Founders
Maya Chen & Alex Rodriguez
DAANIA founders Maya Chen and Alex Rodriguez are not only business partners, but have been close friends for over a decade.
In their youth, the two shared a passion for art and design, which led them to study fashion together and were able to develop many shared values such as attention to detail and creative vision. Their friendship and trust in each other led them to starting their own business and fulfilling the common dream of their own fashion house together.
Maya specializes in the area of design with all the content of creative development and brand identity. Due to her previous training in textile design, she also takes care of material sourcing and quality assurance. With her degree in business management, Alex is responsible for operations and overseeing production processes with her team.

How we create
Design Process
Our design process begins with extensive research into cultural movements, architectural forms, and natural textures. We believe that exceptional design emerges from the intersection of inspiration and meticulous craftsmanship.
Each collection starts with hand-drawn sketches and mood boards, evolving through careful material selection and pattern development. We work exclusively with sustainable fabrics and employ traditional techniques alongside modern innovation.

Production
As a leading fashion brand, we place a strong emphasis on the production of our garments. We believe that the key to creating exceptional and unique products lies in the details, and that starts with the quality of the materials and the production process.
To ensure the highest standards, we have established long-term partnerships with the best production facilities in various countries around the world. We regularly visit these facilities to monitor the workflows and conduct quality control checks to ensure that our standards are being met.
We also take great care in sourcing and selecting our materials. We attend international fabric trade shows and only work with suppliers that are recognized for their sustainable practices and high-quality materials.
